It may be that the only possible statement of what the laws of the universe are is the universe itself - perhaps no strict subset can possibly represent the complete theory of everything for the whole. Lately I've noticed that my attitude toward nihilism and how it relates to existentialism is something akin to Saint Paul's attitude toward celibacy and how it relates to marriage.

It seems to follow that some revision might be in order.

It occured to me recently that in my thinking, I have for a long time been using an inefficient approach with respect to a certain moral and philosophical problem.
